STEP 2: Once we determine what your cake will look and taste like, we’ll email you a price quote and the terms.

STEP 3: To place your order, simply accept the terms as instructed and provide a 50% deposit.

LEAD TIME: We need a minimum of two weeks once you have placed your order. If you need a cake sooner than that, call us at 415.320.2400 to find out if we can accommodate your request. Often, accommodations can be made based on the simplicity of your cake design, so please don't hesitate to call.

PRICING: Each one of our cakes is unique and has various degrees of complexity. Our cakes start at $6.50 per serving with a minimum charge of $150.00 per cake.

Delivery

We do not ship our cakes. Delivery fees are determined by distance. Our delivery range is roughly two hours from San Rafael, California. Longer deliveries are determined on a case-by-case basis. We do not recommend self-transporting cakes when traveling more than two hours, especially if structural elements are involved. Clients who choose to self-transport do so at their own risk.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit and acceptance of the terms are required to place your order. Because much time and attention goes into designing your cake, the balance is due at least two weeks prior to the delivery date. For orders that have been place with less than two weeks notice, payment must be made in full when the order is placed.

Cancellation Policy

An order becomes final when we receive payment whether in part or in full. If you need to cancel your order, your payment will be refunded just so long as you notify us at least one week prior to the delivery date. There are no refunds on orders placed nor canceled less than one week prior to the delivery date.
